Business Development Manager, Digital Solutions
Location Germany
Profile:
- Min. 5 years’ experience in software sales to safety critical industries or in QHSE or learning management, for example as a learning and development manager, from a safety critical industry.
- Sales experience in safety critical industries and experience in successfully building and maintaining a client network in Germany.
- Has successfully built and managed substantial client networks within safety critical industries (oil & gas, wind, maritime, petro-chemical, etc.
- Knowledge of current system landscape in relevant industries for: QHSE, competence management, training management, control of work and compliance.
- Great interpersonal skills and a track-record of getting access to senior level decision-makers with a successful result.
- Empathetic and quickly able to establish reports, speaking the language of the client, and explaining how our solutions can add value to their business.
- Excellent in solution selling.
- Excellent command of the German and English language.
- Lives within acceptable travel distance of the Ruhr area in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build customer pipeline, build relationships and secure contracts with key clients.
- Be a digital subject matter expert within the company, bringing a digital perspective to internal and external meetings.
- Give demonstrations of the digital solutions to our customers.
- Further expand knowledge of RelyOn Nutec’s services to the safety critical industries in Germany.
- Support and work with internal resources in developing our service offerings to meet customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by translating client requirements into the final design and implementation of digital solutions.
- Conduct research and stay on top of industry/market news, helping to identify new strategic opportunities/partnerships and threats from competitors.
