To establish and develop RelyOn’s in-house sales capabilities for digital solutions VanRosmalenHR is looking for a:

                                          Senior Sales Manager, Digital Solutions


  • 8-10 years of experience, mix of QHSE and commercial/sales.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree
  • Visionary leader, translating customer needs into setting the direction for the development of the digital applications portfolio.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to drive results.
  • Solid working knowledge of software with an excellent understanding of practical applications in relevant industries.
  • Knows current best practices in relevant industries for: QHSE, competence management, training management, control of work and compliance.
  • Envisions how to implement best practices between industries, spotting opportunities within our current and potential new client base.
  • Empathetic and the ability to clearly explain complex technologies and the benefits specific to the client, speaking the “language” of the customer.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a track-record of getting access to senior level decision-makers with a successful result.
  • Excellent solution selling skills
  • International network
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage.


  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers within relevant industries.
  • Support in developing our services, product offerings and value propositions, translating customer requirements to match our software solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through understanding key business drivers, customer pain point and the competitive landscape.
  • Coach account managers and business support representatives in our digital solutions.
  • Develop and lead a team of business development managers and reps.
  • Collaborate internally with technical manager and present solutions to customers.
  • Preparing reports of business development activities
  • Participate in resource and project scheduling to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop contracts (incl. prices and conditions) and negotiate with customers.

The Senior Sales Manager Digital Solutions reports to the Commercial Director Central Europe.
